“ In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is humbly therefore prayed that the Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Application and issue RULE NISI calling upon the Opposite Parties specially Opposite Parties No.2,3,5 and 6 to show cause as to why the appropriate writ/writs should not be issued directing the Opposite Parties No.2,3,5 and 6 to hear the grievance of the villagers by giving opportunity of hearing and not to take any step for giving appointment to Maa Bhawani Group SHG headed by Smt.Manjulata Senapati as retailer for Miringimundi and Berhampur village.
And in case, the Opposite Parties fails to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said Rule Nisi may be made absolute and upon hearing the parties through their counsel,

this Hon’ble Court be further pleased to issue appropriate writ/writs to the Opposite Party No.2,3,5 and 6 directing them to hear the grievance of the villagers by giving opportunity of the hearing to the villagers and not to take any step for giving any appointment to Maa Bhawani Group SHG headed by Smt.Manjulata Senapati as retailer for Miringimundi and Berhampur village.
And be further pleased to pass such other order/orders, direction/directions and/or writ/writs as it deemed fit keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case.”
