3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
“ Under the circumstances, it is humbly therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs by directing the opposite party No.2 to release the arrear salary of the petitioner for the period w.e.f. 01.04.2001 till 30.01.2004. Keeping in view the submission of actual financial benefits statement made by the opp. party No.4 under Annexure-12 and in view of the order under Annexure-14 by considering the representation / reminder dated 18.02.2022 under Annexure-17, within a stipulated period”.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-17 and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration under Annexures-13,14 & 16 within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-17, and taking into consideration under Annexures-13,14 & 16 within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
