This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification in the judgment dated 12.05.2023.

A copy of the Interlocutory Application has also been served on learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

Heard Mr. B.S. Tripathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.C. Das, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

After considering the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that in para-56 at page50 of the judgment, the 14^th line containing the direction needs to be modified in tune with the findings arrived at by this Court. Accordingly, in 14^th line of the judgment starting from the word “with” running upto the 15^th line to the word “benefits” be deleted. In its place the following words be inserted:-“within a period of three months from the date of

this judgment”.

Accordingly, I.A. stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per Rules.
