2. Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition against
the order passed by the authority rejecting her claim for
grant of Grant-in-Aid, this Court is not inclined to entertain
this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the
petitioner to approach the appropriate forum under Section
24-B of the Orissa Education Act.
3. With the above observation, the writ petition is
disposed of.
