1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3 . The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition inter alia with the following prayer.
(i) admit the present writ petition, issue notice against the Opp. Parties in the form of RULE NISI asking them to show cause as to why the Appointment order and a request seeking permission to join him at his post to which he has been selected shall not be accepted vide Annexure-4 & 6.
(ii) and if the Opp. Party fail to show cause or insufficient cause then allow the present writ petition by issuing a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate form of writ directing the Opp. Party NO.2 to accept his appointment order.
4. Considering the nature of grievance, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition permits the petitioner to make a fresh application before Opp. Party No.2 within a period of seven days from today.
5. It is observed that if such an application is filed

before Opp. Party No.2, Opp. Party No.2 is directed to take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of two weeks.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
