1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid
arrangement.
2 . Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with the Petitioners. It seems that the Petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter.
3 . Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
4 . However, the Petitioners are at liberty to approach this court by way of filing a restoration application within a period of one month, if any cause of action survives.
