1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. 2 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance as raised in the writ petition has already been redressed and he has filed a memo to that effect which runs as follows:
“(i)The sad demise of the petitioner the Opposite Parties have settled the debts by recovering the 39.09 Lakhs from the petitioner’s bank account by issuing a “No Due Certificate” vide Ref No.24011:09:2023.
(ii) Hence in the changed scenario, by keeping the above facts before the Hon’ble Court, it is humbly prayed to this Court that the matter may be disposed of by keeping the above observation.”
3 . In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of.
