2. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for Petitioners and learned counsel
for the State-Opposite Parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
“ The Petitioners therefore pray that in view of the facts and circumstances stated above this Hon’ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this Writ Petition and after hearing the parties allow the same and issue an appropriate writ, direction or order directing the Tahasildar, Basta the Opposite Party No.2 to take appropriate legal action against the Opposite Party Nos.3 to 8 for removal of the encroachments, in pursuance of the representations made by the Petitioners in respect of Plot Nos.419 and 444 under Khata No.275 of Mouza-Dundakote in the district of Balasore within a stipulated period of time”.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievance, the Petitioners have made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-7, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
