This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 29^th October, 2011 (Annexure-5) passed by learned 1^st Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar in T.S. No.154/645 of 2010/2000, whereby an application for amendment of the written statement filed by Defendant Nos.3(a) and 7, has been rejected.

Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo submits that he has no instruction in the matter. Memo so filed is taken on record.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order dated 24^th January, 2012 passed in M.C. No.18703 of 2011 stands vacated.
