Considering that the impugned order dated 14^th January, 2002 of the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar in W.L. Case No.114 of 1973 was passed without notice to the present Petitioner, but purchased the land in question from the original lessee by way of registered sale deed prior to that date, the said order is hereby set aside and W.L. Case No. 114 of 1973 is restored to the file of the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar where it will be listed for directions on 2^nd March, 2023, on which date the Petitioner will appear along with the downloaded copy of this order. The Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar is requested to proceed with the said case on merits thereafter and dispose of it within a period of four months. Till such time, status quo as of today shall be maintained by the parties.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be delivered forthwith by the Registry to the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar.
