The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the action of Opposite Party No.2, namely, Collector, Jagatsinghpur in not taking action on her representation to facilitate transporting activities and also assail the action of Opposite Party Nos.4 and 5, namely, Jagannath Truck Owners Association, Paradip and Jagatsinghpur Truck Owners Association, Paradip respectively in not accepting her membership to engage her vehicles for the purpose of transportation.
