Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Party No.3-Junior Engineer (Electrical), TPCODL, Kundanagari, Kendrapara to shift the electric pole bearing No.3200000328 over Plot No.1062 in Khata No.480 of MouzaBangalpur.

Mr. Maharana, learned counsel on instruction submits that

the place to which the Petitioner is intending to shift the electric pole is being objected by the said land owner. Hence, the dispute may be resolved by the Grievance Redressal Forum in presence of all the parties. It is his submission that the Petitioner has already submitted the supervision fees to supervise shifting of the pole.

Ms. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not have any objection to the same.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the Petitioner submits his grievance before the appropriate Grievance Redressal Forum, it shall make an

endeavour to resolve the dispute, giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.

In view of the nature of dispute involved, the Petitioner should file the grievance petition within a period of two weeks hence and concerned Grievance Redressal Forum shall do well to make all endeavour to see that the grievance is redressed at an early date in accordance with law.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
