i) Admit the writ application.
ii) Call for the record.
iii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, direction/directions directing the O.Ps for Video and Audio Recording of Questions Put Up and Answers given by Shansit Suman in JEE (Main) 2023 Session 1 and 2 and Advanced and 12th Board Examinations and Depositing these videos and audios immediately with this Hon’ble Court and the Petitioner for protection of the Bright Career of Shansit Suman (the Minor son of the Petitioner) from the action/inaction of the Union of India and Government of Odisha.
iv) And/or pass such other order/orders, directions/directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice.
And for the said act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall every pray.”
