“That narrating the allegations made in the writ petition the petitioner has filed a representation before the Collector, Angul on 18.11.2021. Pursuance to the said representation and as per the direction of the Collector, the Tahasildar, Chhendipada in order to cause an inquiry has issued notice to the petitioner so also to his daughter in law Dali Pradhan on 20.06.2022. In spite of such notice Dali Pradhan did not appear to co-operate the inquiry. Such report has been submitted to the Collector, Angul but the Collector, has not taken any decision on such issue as matter is pending subjudice in the present writ application.”
