“ It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue rule nisi calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why :
i) The allotment under Annexure-1 series allowing the Opposite Party No.5,6 & 7 shall not be quashed declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary, mala fide and unconstitutional.
ii) Appropriate direction shall not be given to opposite parties to allow the present petitioner to carry on distribution of PDS system through Gram Panchayat in kind consonance with the constitutional provisions.
