Order dated 13^th February, 2017 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in C.R.P. No.191 of 2015 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the petition, i.e., from 30^th November, 2016.

Since none appears for the parties, this Court feels that they have lost interest in pursuing the matter.

Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
