Order dated 21^st September, 2017 (Annexure-6) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara in I.A. No.67 of 2016 (arising out of C.R.P. No.141 of 2016) is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.2,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 3^rd October, 2016.

Although notice was directed to be issued by Registered Post vide order dated 11^th January, 2019, it could not be issued due to non-filing of requisites by the Petitioner, as yet.

Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order dated 11^th January, 2019 passed in I.A. No.383 of 2017 stands vacated.
