2. Office Note indicates that in the 1 st line of
paragraph No.3 of the order dated 01.12.2023,
inadvertently the word “Writ Petition” has been typed
in place of “Appeal”.
3. This being a typographical error, the same be read as “Appeal” instead of “Writ Petition”. The rest part of the said order shall remain unaltered.
