2. Heard Mr. N. Jena, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the Appellants.
3. This application has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order dtd.02.04.2008. Though in the application the prayer was made to grant one month time to remove the defect, but the defect as pointed out by the SR has not yet been removed.
4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer as made in the application.
5. Misc. Case is accordingly dismissed.
