07. 1. The Petitioner has come up before this Court by way of this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash criminal proceeding in T.R. No. 1737 of 2017 arising out of Dhauli P.S. Case No. 40 of 2017 pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Khurda.
2. Vide order dated 5th December, 2018 while issuing notice, this Court directed stay of further proceeding in aforesaid case.
3. At the time of call for the second time in the day, none appeared for the Petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution.
5. Interim order dated 5th December, 2018 passed by this Court stands vacated.
6. This order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
