This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Pursuant to direction of this Court, the Petitioner No.1 (Surendra Dora) and Opposite Party No.2 (Sunita Dora) are present in Court today being identified their counsel namely, Mr. Byomokesh Sahoo and Mr. A.K.Pandey. They have also filed their original Aadhaar Cards, which are returned to them being substituted by singed xerox copies thereof.

On being asked both of them stated that they have resolved their disputes and are living together peacefully and shall also continue to do so in future. This Court has also perused the Mediation Report dated 17^th December, 2022 available in the case record submitted by the Mediator of High Court Mediation Centre wherein the fact of settlement of the disputes between the parties has been mentioned. In such view of the matter, no fruitful purpose would be served by allowing the criminal proceeding to continue.

In the result, the CRLMC is allowed. The Parties are permitted to approach the Court below by filing appropriate application to compound the offences. If such an application is filed, the Court below shall pass necessary orders for compounding the offences in accordance with law.
