04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Ms. S. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K. Balabantaray, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. This Contempt Petition has been filed challenging noncompliance of order dtd.11.04.2016 passed in O.A. No. 318 of 2015 by the Tribunal.
4. Even though notice of the Contempt Petition has been issued since 30.08.2016 and show-cause has been filed by the O.P. No. 2, but the order passed by the Tribunal has not yet been complied with.
5. In view of such position and in view of the fact that in the meantime more than 6 years have passed, this Court while disposing the Contempt Petition, directs O.P. Nos. 1 & 2 to comply with the order dtd.11.04.2016 passed in O.A. No. 318 of 2015

within a period of one month from today, failing which suo moto Contempt Proceeding will be initiated against the Opp. PartyContemnor.
6. The Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly.
