10. That accordingly communication was made to SubCollector, Puri, Tahasildar, Nimapara, Medical Officer, CHC, Nimapara for requisition of Magistrate to take possession over the case land on which STD/PCO was present. After that with the consent of the Sub-Collector, Puri and Medical Officer, Nimapara has taken over the possession of land by demolishing the available structure of STD/PCO booth present inside the campus of CHC ,Nimapara with the help of local police in presence of Tahasildar, Nimapara, Executive Magistrate, SDPO, Nimapara on 31.12.2016.
11. That it is humbly submitted that the demolition was only made after dismissal of the writ application by the Hon’ble Court and also it is pertinent to mention here that, there is no communication regarding recall of the order dated 03.10.2016 passed in W.P. (C) No.8225 of 2004 received from the Hon’ble Court till the date of demolition of the STD/PCO booth inside the CHC Campus.
