2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is absent on repeated calls. Earlier also, when the matter got listed on 30.06.2023, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner was found absent and the matter got adjourned to today.
3. Mr. Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Opposite Party/Contemnor is present and submits that despite his best effort, copy of the Compliance Affidavit could not be served on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner in terms of the direction of this Court.
4. In view of the submissions made by Mr. Rout, so also subsequent affidavit dated 17.06.2023 which was filed through e-filing on 22.06.2023, the contempt proceeding stands dropped and disposed of.
