Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that the order of this Court has already been complied with and direction was given to attach the salary of the officer responsible for the same and to transfer Rs.1.00 lakhs each month for a period of six months, i.e. till the entire dues of the petitioners is paid. It is further contended that once the attachment of the salary is made, the petitioners will get all the dues within a short period.
