this is the fourth successive bail application of the petitioner and as per the order dated 19.08.2021 passed in I.A. No.345 of 2020, the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of four weeks and after availing the same, he surrendered at right time. Learned counsel further submitted that deceased Basu @ Sudarsan Nag is the husband of the petitioner and the occurrence in question took place during the night at 28.01.2018 and the petitioner has been charge sheeted under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel further submitted that the cause of death of the deceased was on account of 95% thermal burn injury and the room where the occurrence in question took place, some other articles were found in burnt condition. Learned counsel further argued that even though, the prosecution posed the two children of the deceased and the petitioner to be the eye witnesses to the occurrence, but in the trial Court, they have examined as P.W.11 and P.W.12, who have not stated anything against the petitioner rather P.W.11, Sweta Nag, the daughter has stated that from Bhubaneswar, she along with her younger brother (P.W.12) and her mother (the petitioner) had gone to Bolangir leaving her father (the deceased) alone in their house and on the next day of leaving from Bhubaneswar, they got information that the deceased had died due to burn injury and in the night in which the incident took place,
