1. This application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed in connection with P.R. No. 120/2023-24 of 2023 of OIC of Excise Doliopur Station corresponding to 2(a) CC (NDPS) No. 7 of 2023 in the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Jajpur Road under Section 21 (b) of NDPS Act.
2. Mr. Arada Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the bail application, the investigation has been completed.
3. In view of the above submission, the BLAPL is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to move the learned trial court for bail afresh.
4. Urgent copy of this order be granted on proper application.
