witnesses are yet to be examined. Under such circumstances, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail in respect of petitioner Nos. 2 to 4. However, in so far as petitioner No.1 is concerned, looking at his age i.e. seventy years, I am inclined to take a lenient view. 5. Let the petitioner No.1 be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court below may deem fit and proper to impose. In so far as the other petitioners are concerned, liberty is granted to them to renew their prayer after examination of the informant and other materials witnesses.
