1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 11.09.2023 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned “Section 294(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 7 Lotteries (Regulation) Act.”, “S.D.J.M., Baragarh in C.T. Case Case No.560 of 2023 arising out of Baragarh Sadar P.S. Case No.135 of 2023” and ‘Magistrate’ in the 3^rd paragraph, 5^th & 6^th lines of 6^th paragraph and 8^th line of 6^th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 11.09.2023 instead of “Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(b) of Prevention of Corruption

(Amendment) Act, 2018”, “Special Judge(V), Berhampur in G.R. Case No.01 of 2023 arising out of Berhampur Vigilance Case No.01 of 2023” and ‘Judge’ respectively. Accordingly, the same may be corrected.

Accordingly, the expression “Section 294(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 7 Lotteries (Regulation) Act.”, “S.D.J.M., Baragarh in C.T. Case Case No.560 of 2023 arising out of Baragarh Sadar P.S. Case No.135 of 2023” and ‘Magistrate’ occurred in the 3^rd paragraph, 5^th & 6^th lines of 6^th paragraph and 8^th line of 6^th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 11.09.2023 be corrected as “Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(b) of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018”, “Special Judge(V), Berhampur in G.R. Case No.01 of 2023 arising out of Berhampur Vigilance Case No.01 of 2023” and ‘Judge’ respectively.
