The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Gangapur PS. Case No. 164 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 463 of 2023 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Aska.

Learned State Counsel requests for an adjournment. This Court is not inclined to grant the same.

It is alleged that the petitioner is the owner of the illegal distillery, which was raided and 400 liters of Gurwash (Pocha) and 60 liters of I.D liquor was seized.

Considering the nature of accusations and also the materials on record while not being grant anticipatory

bail to the petitioner, the ABLAPL is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a week from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and to move for bail. In such event, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court below may deem fit and proper to impose.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
