2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Since the matter relates to appointment to the post of
Contract Teacher in terms of the advertisement issued in
the year 2014 and there is no interim order passed by this
Court while issuing notice in the matter, the prayer as
made in the writ petition cannot be allowed at present.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
