3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that though he has
filed a R.P. Case No.5385 of 2001 before the Opposite Party
No.1-Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement, Orissa,
Cuttack for recording his name in respect of his purchased
property, the same has not yet been disposed of. As such, he
has come to this Court seeking a direction to the Opposite Party
No.1 to admit the aforesaid revision and dispose of the same
within a stipulated period, as it is pending since 23 rd July, 2001.

is not inclined to give such a direction. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to make a mention before the Opposite Party No.1-Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement, Orissa, Cuttack to take the aforesaid revision for early disposal of the same. If such a mention is made, it is hope and trust that the Opposite Party No.1 will do the needful.
