for clarification with regard to issuance of ‘Y’ form against the arrear dues deposit. It is contended that no response thereto has been received. In the meantime, the extended contract period has already over. Since the contract period is over, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, as it has no jurisdiction to extend the contract period so that the petitioner can operate the quarry. However, if the petitioner is so aggrieved, he may approach the appropriate forum ventilating his grievances.
