“It is Further humbly submitted that after proper verification of letter dated 03.12.2021 Sri Ashok Kumar Dora, Founder, Staysai Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, At- tentulinali, Uttampur, Cuttack has been requested vide Director AYUSH letter no.- 1089,dt. 11.02.2022 to apply afresh to the Competent Authority i.e Director AYUSH, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in prescribed From-1 along with all necessary prerequisites as per the Guidelines framed by Govt. in Helath & F.W Department vide their letter No. 26164/ H dt.13.11.2020 for recognition/accreditation of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences of Medical Colleges for recognition and accreditation of the above said College, Hospital & Research Centre.”
