02. 1. Mr. Choudhury, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. On 24th June, 2022 following order was made.
“1.Mr. Chaudhury, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients had availed credit facility from the Branch of State Bank of India at Sambalpur. The account was settled. He draws attention to ‘No Dues Certificate’ dated 10th December, 2021 to demonstrate closure of the account. He submits, the bank thereafter has refused to return the security documents. Hence, his clients are in Court.
2. Issue notice along with this order on opposite party by registered/speed post with AD. Petitioners will put in requisites.
3. List on 15th July, 2022.”
