3. Considering the grounds taken, the prayer made in the I.A. is allowed.
4. In the 3rd line of Para 2 of the order dtd.13.08.2022, the word Claimants-Respondents be corrected as Insurer-Respondents. Similarly, in the 6th line of Para 3 of the order, MAC NO. 36/2018 be corrected as MAC No. 35/2018 and the Case No. mentioned in the bracket (182/2017-GDC) be corrected as (181/2017-GDC).
