March, 2020 passed by learned District Judge, Ganjam at Berhampur in FAO No.24 of 2019, whereby he reversed the order dated 2^nd May, 2019 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Berhampur in IA No.2 of 2019 (arising out of CS No.4 of 2019) allowing an application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC.
