Bail application dismissed. The petitioner, who had obtained interim bail, was directed by an order dated 20.04.2022 to surrender. As the petitioner failed to surrender and did not appear during the hearing where he was directed to be apprehended, the bail application stands dismissed, and the petitioner and his surety are to be proceeded against.

In view of the above, the bail application stands dismissed and the learned trial Court is requested to proceed against the petitioner and his surety in accordance with law.
