ORDER 13.05.2022 Order No. 07. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to with withdraw the bail application with liberty to move the learned court in seisin over the matter. 3 It is needless to state that learned court shall consider the bail application afresh on its own merit without being influenced by withdrawal of the present BLAPL. 4. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
