conclusion of the trial; and he shall also furnish property security to the tune of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) for his release on bail upon his surrender.
It is however needless to say that the Court below while accepting the property offered as security would arrive at a satisfaction that the same are free from all encumbrance and have not been given as security in any other case(s).
In view of the above modification, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today.
4. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
