Due to outbreak of COVID-19, this matter is taken up through Video Conferencing.
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Divisional Forest Officer, Nayagarh Division, Nayagarh-opposite party No.1 to issue Timber Transit Permit under the provisions of the Orissa Timber and other Forest Produce Transit Rules, 1980 (for short, ‘the Rules).
In course of haring, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition seeking liberty to him to file a fresh one with better particulars. He has filed a memo in support of his contention, which is taken on record.
Granting such liberty, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
An authenticated copy of this order downloaded from the website of this Court shall be treated at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed in this Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
