“It is therefore prayed that your Lordship’s may graciously be pleased:-
(i) To admit this Writ Application.
(ii) To direct the Opposite party no.2 to dismiss the case No.48 of 2021 as per decision of Mutation Case No.305/2011 on 1.8.2018, Mutation Case No.1825/2018 as per decision of 27.03.2018, order dtd.27.3.2019 of the Hon’ble High Court Orissa vide W.P.(C) No.1431/2015 and also basing on Civil Suit No.314/2018 and also W.P.(C) No.30/1973 and Joint Commissioner Balasore Case No.501/2014.
(iii) And may pass any other order/orders as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
And for which act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.”
