This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to upload the ROR in respect of Chaka No.122, Khata No.220/17 of mouza Khajuriapada under Balipatna Tahasil in the district of Khordha in the Bhulekh Web Portal of Government of Odisha.
Mr.Mishra, learned AGA on instruction from Tahasildar, Balipatna submits that the ROR in respect of said Khata has already been uploaded/updated in the Bhulekh Web Portal of Government of Odisha on 08.03.2021, as per letter No.1084 dated 10.03.2021 of the Tahasildar, Balipatna, and a copy of the same is produced before this Court, which is taken on record.
In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
However, if the petitioner has any other grievance may seek remedy before the competent court in accordance with law.
