Heard Mr. Amitav Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.K. Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by order dated 20.01.2021 W.P.(C) No.669 of 2021 was disposed of by this Court and inadvertently no order has been passed with regard to Annexure-7.
Accordingly, it is directed that in paragraph-8 of the order dated 20.01.2021 after the words “four weeks”, “till disposal of the application, Annexure-7 shall not be given effect to” be added. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.
The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
Learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No. 4587 dated 25.03.2020.
