The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties 2 to 4 to consider the grievance petitions pending before the authority under Annexure-1 series since long.
Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the Project Co-ordinate, FAAR, Muniguda is in authorized occupation of the land belonging to persons under Scheduled Tribe Community, the proceeding under the provisions of Odisha Schedule Areas Transfer of Immovable Properties Regulations, 1956 (for short ‘the Regulations’) ought to have initiated against him. Although the Petitioner has made grievance petitions to that effect before the Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 4 under Annexure-1 series, but no action has been taken on the same.
In course of hearing, Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding under the provisions of Regulations.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is open to the Petitioner to file appropriate petition under the provisions of Regulations for redressal of his grievances.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the Petitioner.
