This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that despite an intimation having been given by the Tahasildar, Erasama to the Tahasildar, Kujanga on 10^th April, 2017 confirming that the Petitioner does not possess any landed property, no action has been taken by him, pursuant to the direction already issued by this Court on 27^th February, 2017 in W.P.(C) No.7711 of 2016.

It is seen that a copy of the report by the Revenue Inspector, Balitutha has also been enclosed to the said report.

In the circumstances, the Tahasildar, Kujanga (Opposite Party No.4 is directed to pass an appropriate order on the aforementioned report sent to him, and communicate his order to the Petitioner not later than 1^st September, 2021. The Tahasildar, Kujanga will proceed to act on the basis of the

downloaded copy of this order which shall be produced by the Petitioner before him.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25^th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798, dated 15^th April, 2021.
