Heard Mr.Pratik Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Dillip Kumar Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State appearing for opposite parties.

Petitioner, in this writ petition, pray for a direction for early disposal of Demarcation Case No.300 of 2021 pending before the Tahasildar, Chandabali (OP No.1).

It is submitted by Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has made an application in the prescribed format by depositing requisite fee and other documents for demarcation of the land in question, but the Tahasildar, Chandabali is not taking any step to demarcate the said land. He, therefore, prays for a direction for early disposal of the aforesaid demarcation case.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State submits that he has no objection, if the demarcation case is disposed of early, provided that the application is complete in all respect and there is no legal impediment for the same.

Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Chandabali -opposite party No.1 to take steps for early disposal of Demarcation Case No.300 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of an authenticated

copy of this order downloaded from the website of the Orissa High Court, giving notice to the petitioner and the boundary tenants to be present at the time of demarcation, if there is no legal impediment.

A copy of the writ petition shall be served on Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State to communicate this order for compliance.
