The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure-8 before the Managing Director, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Limited, Chennai for redressal of her grievance. The said representation is stated to be still pending.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for and without going into the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Chief Executive Officer, Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Ltd., Chennai -

Opposite Party No.1 to treat the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-8 as one addressed to him and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order.

The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures along with a certified copy of this Order to the opposite party No.1 for convenience & reference to Annexure-
