Mr. Debasish Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and files a memo for withdrawal of the writ petition in Court today. The same be kept on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a better application in appropriate forum, if any further cause of action still survives.
