The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to grant promotion to them to Level-IV with effect from 06.11.2013 approved by opposite party no.2 dated 11.02.2014 with effect from 01.04.2013 taking into consideration the order passed by opposite party no.2 dated 21.10.2017 under Annexure-6 within a stipulated time. 3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 highlighting the grievances, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-5 and 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, but, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of with the

direction that in case the petitioners, with regard to the grievance made in this petition, files a fresh comprehensive representation before the opposite party no.2 within 15 days hence, the same shall be considered by the said authority taking into consideration Annexures-5 and 6, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of this order.
